A 106,500 sq ft manufacturing facility at the south edge of London, Ontario: a large single-storey production building with a two-storey office front.

The frame is a grid of wide-flange steel columns and beams carrying open-web steel joists and roof deck, braced with X-bracing. The job took 290 tonnes of structural steel and 86 tonnes of joist and deck, all fabricated in our Strathroy shop.

By September 2026 part of the roof was decked while the rest of the frame went up around it; the photos from October 2026 show the full joist field in place.
